Strategies for Survival, the Future of the H-2B Program in the World of President Trump, Attorney general Sessions, and Los Derechos De Migrantes

Presented by JKJ Workforce & the OABA

The assumption of the H-2B community was that as soon as a republican president took office, the madness with the H-2B program would end. With the election of Trump, the resurgence of Making America Great, Build the Wall, Jobs for Americans in America, and the merging of interests of the far right with the far left on Immigration, it is going to be a bigger battle than any of us imagined moving forward on many fronts.

As the mine fields in which we operate changes on a daily basis, it is difficult to provide a full and complete description of the seminar. The 24-hour  news cycle and namely minted wording in Notices of Deficiency and Requests for Evidence
or changes in Consular Processing may cause shifts in the agenda. We will have plenty of time for questions and answers. Realizing that 5 hours is a huge hunk of time, we want to be able to  provide all the answers (if possible). This
seminar may end early if the interest dies down, but as we have discovered in the past, employers are hungry for knowledge and this forum has been an excellent venue for in depth exchanges and discussions.
